All enquiries/reservations are subject to availability at time of booking. Should your enquiry be submitted over a weekend or public holiday, your request will be processed on the next business day.
We are able to forward any special requests to individual properties and will do our best to confirm them where possible. Please note, however, that some special requests may be subject to availability and therefore unable to be guaranteed.
Some individual properties require a minimum night stays during peak periods. Where relevant these details will be advised within your quote.
Due to Tasmania's popularity as a visitor destination accommodation may be limited during peak periods. We strongly recommend pre-booking accommodation for stays between October and April and do not offer open-dated vouchers during this period. Clients are encouraged to pre book their itinerary in order to avoid disappointment.
A three night minimum stay requirement applies to all package reservations. This minimum may be met by using a combination of nights within any of our chains. I.E. a stay consisting of one night Innkeepers Discovery Inns, one night Innkeepers Hotels and one night Innkeepers Apartments would satisfy this three night minimum and qualify for discounted package rates.
Upon confirmation of your itinerary, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 will be required to secure your reservation. Final payment will be due one month prior to travel to finalise your reservations. We are pleased to accept major credit cards, cheques or money orders. Credit Card details may be supplied either via telephone or fax, should you prefer not to submit them via return email. Naturally, cheque payments are subject to the usual clearance period. If payment is not received by the due date, your reservation may automatically be cancelled in our system. Relevant accommodation vouchers can be either made available upon check-in at your first property or mailed direct to you if time permits.
Finally, it's relevant to confirm our cancellation policy. Please note that properties reserve the right to charge full fees for any cancellation received within three days of arrival at that property or should a guest fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date. Insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against cancellation of travel.
